Every clinical and billing table is keyed by clinic. Requests run inside a tenant context built from a verified session, not from a header the browser can spoof.

We minimise what marketing analytics collect, load tags only after consent, and keep operational data in India. The published privacy policy is still a placeholder until legal sign-off.

Who owns the data, and can I export it?

The clinic owns its records. Export is included on every plan. We do not resell patient lists.

What about uptime and backups?

Production targets AWS with encrypted backups. We will not invent a 99.99% figure until it is contractually published.

Is Razorpay / UPI safe?

Card and UPI collection for the subscription goes through Razorpay when enabled. The marketing site never holds card numbers. UPI QR remains available on the mock path.
