How it is built (in clinic-owner language)
- Each clinic is a tenant. Staff from clinic A cannot read clinic B.
- Important actions write an audit row — who, when, what — without storing passwords or patient notes in the log.
- Hosting is AWS Hyderabad (ap-south-2). Backups are encrypted at rest.
- The product is modular internally (hexagonal) so a billing change cannot casually rewrite clinical rules.
